Change product control settings, update main screen color picker

Product control is now set at 2 levels defined by a % rate error threshold. Above the threshold is one rate of adjustment, below is another. The scaling factor setting accounts for the variation in product rates. It is an exponential setting. A small change results in a large adjustment. Slowly adjust the scaling factor lower until the rate doesn't overshoot. Then increase to provide the fastest and most stable response.

UI update, PID, ISR

Adds scale display, updated pressure display, menu changes. Changed PID and ISR calculations. Main form set text and background colors. PGNs have been updated. Old rate module code will not work with the changed PGNs and needs to be updated with the hex files in this release. Switch code will work without changes. Press the Mod or AOG indicators on the main form to use a minimized display that shows the current rate only.
