Remove Node menu from mind-elixir-core.

Remove updateNodeTags, updateNodeIcons, updateNodeHyperLink. Use updateNodeStyle instead.

Options changes:

primaryLinkStyle => mainLinkStyle
primaryNodeVerticalGap => mainNodeVerticalGap 
primaryNodeHorizontalGap => mainNodeHorizontalGap

Rename custom tags:

• grp -> me-wrapper
• t -> me-parent
• children -> me-children
• tpc -> me-tpc
• etc.

Rename methods:

• getAllData -> getData
