The {atm} package contains functions used by the Advanced Survey Technologies (AST) Group at NOAA's Southwest Fisheries Science Center (SWFSC), and by the collection of tools ({estimATM}) used to plan, execute, analyze data, and report the results from acoustic-trawl method (ATM) surveys of coastal pelagic fish species (CPS).
