deps: 套用剩下的 in-range 更新，@types/three 跟上 three 0.186

追蹤 issue #11 的關閉條件是新鮮度報告每一列都落在 OK／Ahead／Deferred。
react 那四列上一輪已轉 Deferred，剩下這幾筆：@testing-library/dom 10.4.2、
@types/node 24.13.4、electron 43.7.0、eslint-plugin-react-refresh 0.5.7、
zod 4.6.5。@types/three 不是範圍內更新，但 three 已在 #31 升到 0.186.0，
型別跟著執行時走。

allowScripts 的鍵一起改成 electron@43.7.0：鍵沒跟上時 npm ci 不會執行
electron 的 postinstall，會落到「裝好了但沒有執行檔」（D-18 記過，這次
本機又實際碰到一次）。

npm run check 全綠；新鮮度報告已無待維護的列。
