docs: add hackathon detail API documentation

Description

This PR updates the API documentation to include the newly added hackathon detail endpoint.

The documented endpoint allows clients to fetch a single hackathon by ID using the public backend API.

Changes Made

• Documented GET /api/hackathons/{id}
• Added authentication requirement as public/no auth required
• Added success response example
• Added 404 not found response example
• Kept the existing hackathon list documentation unchanged

Notes

The backend implementation for this endpoint is handled in the Eventra-Backend repository.
