Satellite Formation Photo Planner

A bilingual, dependency-free planner for overhead group-photo formations. Source-available for non-commercial use under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0.

Satellite Formation Photo Planner helps event teams plan large-scale field formations before participants arrive on site. Enter a short word, year, or message; set available participants, placards, color blocks, and venue constraints; then review feasibility, footprint, field margins, and layout coordinates in a single browser page.

What It Does

• Converts custom text such as YOUR/TEXT, LAUNCH|DAY, or 2026 into a pixel-style formation grid.
• Estimates required people, placards, or color blocks for every filled cell.
• Compares available resources against the target pattern and reports missing cells.
• Calculates safe footprint, margins, and center alignment on a standard 105m x 68m football field.
• Produces an SVG field preview and a copyable CSV point list for on-site layout work.
• Supports both forward planning and reverse planning, so teams can start from either a target pattern or available resources.

The planner normalizes supported characters to uppercase letters, digits, spaces, and row breaks.

• 用 U 表示图案格子尺寸，用 S 表示人阵间距。
• 可模拟标准 105m x 68m 足球场内场是否放得下。
• 输出 SVG 预览、全屏缩放视图和可复制的现场点位 CSV。
• 无构建步骤，直接作为静态网页运行。
