Allocation is now bounded by the data actually present — STORED output is sized from the real bytes, DEFLATED output is grown by the inflater and capped at the declared size (#568)

Overview
Bumps adm-zip from ^0.5.18 to ^0.6.0 in packages/app (runtime dependency) and packages/db (devDependency). No application code changes—only the version pins in both package.json files.

The upgrade pulls in security fixes (including CVE-2026-39244 for unbounded allocation on malicious archives) and other library hardening. Existing call sites read ZIPs in memory via getEntries / getData (GitHub artifacts in the app, GCS backup ingest in db), so they are unlikely to be affected by extractEntryTo path-layout behavior changes in 0.6.0.

@types/adm-zip is still listed in both packages; 0.6.0 ships its own types, so removing the DefinitelyTyped package could be a follow-up cleanup.
