   Most of this is already on main: encryption and pairing both landed against sendspin-cpp 1d9ef34, which is the 1.0.0-rc1 content that became v0.9.0. What's left is re-pinning to a v0.9 tag and cutting a release.

   Done

   • Implement Sendspin 1.0.0-rc1 protocol sendspin-cpp#140: the library side, implementing Sendspin 1.0.0-rc1
   • Move to sendspin-cpp rc1: encryption on, unpaired access opt-in sendspin-cpp-cli#72: move to rc1, so encryption is on, the keypair becomes the client identity, and unpaired access is opt-in with --allow-unpaired
   • Pairing from the terminal: token, dynamic and static codes, pairing window sendspin-cpp-cli#73: pairing from the terminal with pair-token, the dynamic 6-digit code, a static --pairing-code, and pair confirm|cancel for the pairing window

   Remaining

   • Re-pin SENDSPIN_GIT_TAG from 1d9ef34 (v0.8.0-40) to v0.9.5. That brings in 26 upstream commits, including Send client/hello only after server/hello arrives sendspin-cpp#193 (send client/hello only after server/hello) and Deprecate the unuseful pairing_window_supported config flag sendspin-cpp#187, which deprecates pairing_window_supported. The assignment in src/main.cpp has to go, or the CI -Werror build fails.
   • Optionally adopt Let the player withdraw the server's volume and mute commands sendspin-cpp#203 (set_volume_adjustable / set_mute_adjustable)
   • Cut sendspin-cli 0.4.0 with release notes. Move to sendspin-cpp rc1: encryption on, unpaired access opt-in sendspin-cpp-cli#72 and Pairing from the terminal: token, dynamic and static codes, pairing window sendspin-cpp-cli#73 are breaking for existing users: a new identity, servers must pair or the player needs --allow-unpaired, --id is refused, and status output changes.
