Add comprehensive progress tracking system: - ProgressStats dataclass with running accuracy, error rate, avg time, ETA - tqdm progress bar support with live accuracy and ETA display - Simple progress mode (prints periodic status updates) - Custom progress_callback for programmatic integration - CLI --progress/-p option: auto, tqdm, simple, none Progress shows: completed/total, current accuracy, errors, ETA
