Bumps the
actions/setup-nodenode-versionfrom 20 to 24 so CI runs on the same Node line as local dev (24.1.0) and off the deprecated Node 20.No source changes; this only affects the CI runtime. The full pipeline (lint, format:check, test, build) runs on Node 24 via the workflow on this PR.
