Add typed JSON output to theme rename

WHY are these changes introduced?

Theme renaming needs machine-readable outcomes.

WHAT is this pull request doing?

Add strict JSON theme resources with status and changed, computed from the original and resulting names. Retain cancellations and complete environment batches.

The public output follows docs/cli/json-output.md; explicitly named environments use one {environments: [...]} object.
