Replaces the wizard's bespoke step/status/section markup and ~268 lines of custom CSS with Tabler's own steps/status/hr-text/input-group components, so it inherits the app theme, spacing and dark mode. No change to fields, validation, per-service tests or flow.
Deluge is a torrent client; the header rendered "Deluge Usenet — optional" (the suffix belongs to SABnzbd/NZBGet). qBittorrent/Transmission carry no suffix, so Deluge now matches its torrent siblings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
