Ports Xenobiology from Goobstation.
This is a goddamn mess. Please do a thorough review to make sure I didn't fuck anything up on accident.

Got moved to Goobmodule for sanity reasons. Deal with it.
Does it launch?
Yes. However, multiple prototypes need fixes and no way in hell tests pass yet. In summary: Don't merge this yet.
