This patch completely resolves the Discord authorization block for public users.

To bypass Discord's strict public RPC whitelist, Oto now uses a "Bring Your Own App" architecture. By providing your own Developer API keys, your local client gets automatic RPC permissions, and the app is now completely independent of any external backend.
