SteamDB app page links to a few games using this

Brief explanation of the change

Detect Spiller engine. I learned the name by searching through the exe files with a hex editor. The file type is written and used by Ratalaika Games. The Mod DB page cites the engine homepage as Ratalaika.com, the main website of the developer. Although there is no information about the Spiller Engine on the developer website, the Mod DB page says it's closed source, while also being written in the first person, implying that the writer has access to it, and works for Ratalaika. I think it's good enough evidence to associate the company, with the engine , by this file type.
