-Added progress bar to batch command

• Write unit tests for the batch command: valid file input, mixed hashes and addresses, empty file, invalid entries, concurrency limit.
• Add a health command that calls GET /health on the configured base URL and prints the status in a human-readable format. Exits with code 1 if unhealthy.
• Task
  Write unit tests for the health command: healthy response, unhealthy response, network error, timeout.

Show a progress bar (using cli-progress) while the batch command is running, showing completed / total count and estimated time remaining.
