NPC Randomization!
You will now encounter an NPC between every area in the randomizer, and in some of the randomly chosen levels.

Also slight menu improvements have been made.

This is still a work in progress, but I realize that I hadn't put out an update in quite a long time. Currently I am working on the level generator, but this release I think also has quite a few new features compared to the last release and a much better menu layout.

version number is kinda arbitrary at this point, but basically the program isn't quite 100% finished yet.
don't let that stop you from trying it though, cuz 99% of the basic features are already there and honestly this probably already has more features than most randomizers do
