Update to v0.6.0

Note: Please back up your config and lang files before updating. Your config settings should carry over, but some of your language settings will be reset, as new options have been added.

- Added Excavator Supply Request alerts
- Added player name to Excavator Activated alerts
- Added option to show 'Excavator' location label
- Added Cargo Ship destination
- Added option to show player name when a called Cargo Plane / Supply Drop is inbound
- Added options to hide alerts for random or player-called Cargo Planes / Supply Drops (see Known Issues for compatibility)
- Added option to hide unmarked grids (Example: Cargo Plane inbound at AC109), as this is not usually meaningful to players
- Added options to hide Y coordinates & coordinate decimals
- Added option to log all events, even if alerts are disabled
