Following the three battery proposal:

  • Adds MV Lead Acid Battery, LV Ni-Fe Battery, and HV Ni-Fe Battery
  • Change Ni-Fe to have it's own battery hull
  • Removes recipes for Ni-Zn batteries (though not the batteries themselves)

Also includes:

  • Tweaks to existing textures
  • QB updates

Not in this particular PR, but obihz6 mentioned that he would start on it after sulfuric acid
