  • Major structural overhaul.
  • Conda environment setup using conda_env.yml.
    • Troubleshoot run errors via dependency_troubleshoot.py.
  • Optional scripts (opt-) in code/utils now also working working.
  • Addition of FCS support and an optional script for TXT<->FCS conversion.
  • Addition of ComplexHeatmaps supporting clustering of rows and columns.
