Fix <title> handling for createRoot(element). In Redact 0.2.1, the title stays in the body, so document.title still shows the title from index.html. React 19.3.0 moves the rendered title into the head.

Click Read document.title, then Change title and read it again. The component changes its title from Page A to Page B, but Redact keeps reporting Static shell title. Run pnpm react instead of pnpm start to compare with React.

Changes

• Hoist Element-root titles into the root's owner document, before the existing title. Keep the original title so it becomes active again when the rendered title is removed.
• Leave Document-root metadata handling unchanged and retain the SVG, itemProp, and portal exclusions.
• During Element-root hydration, adopt titles from the root's markup rather than taking ownership of an unrelated title in the head.
• Add five regression tests and a patch changeset.

Validation

Checked against main at 20f6dd6 with Node 24.22.0:

• 1,960 tests pass, including the five new cases; 91 existing tests are skipped.
• Type checks and build verification pass.
• Chromium: mounting, updating, removing, and remounting the title produces Page A → Page B → Static shell title → Page A.
• Confirmed the bug with unpatched 0.2.1 locally and in StackBlitz.
