TechUp TechUp is a collaborative space uniting capacity building and social participation to build better and safer digital societies. TechUp is designed to create meaningful impact into society that will translate into new digital policies in government. TechUp is a TIOF Strategic project that works towards enabling a conducive environment for Digital Rights, comprised of a number of different activities.
Programmers are the next generation of Rights defenders.
How do we engage them in a meaningful and effective way? How can we bring together the tech community to become the agents of change that digital societies need right now?
