This allow the user to activelly select between an active tmux session or the Create New Session option.
Target: For people who work in multiple projects simultaneously, or even for an extense list of projects.
Feature: If no argument is passed, it allows the user to select an active tmux session or if they want to create a new one using fzf. If the user choose the an active tmux session, they are already directed to the selected session without the need of phishing for the project's directory.
