Fix: pin/adjusted remark devDependencies and added package-lock.json so npm ci succeeds in CI. This should resolve the ETARGET failure related to remark-lint. |

Summary:\nAdd default assignees to bd create examples in .opencode/command so beads created via the documented commands default to the intended owners. This reduces manual assignment and clarifies expectations for creators.\n\nChanges:\n- .opencode/command/milestones.md — milestone epic creation example now includes --assignee Build and an explanatory note.\n- .opencode/command/plan.md — child bead examples include --assignee Scribbler / Probe / Patch and explanatory note.\n- .opencode/command/testplan.md — test case child bead example includes --assignee Probe and explanatory note.\n- .opencode/command/wf-help.md — note added describing assignment convention for PRDs/epics (Epics → Build).\n\nRationale:\nMake command examples explicit about default owners, prevent follow-up manual assignment, and align examples with repository agent roles.\n\nHow to test:\n- Review diffs and lint docs.\n- Optionally run bd create examples in a test project.
