Summary
Add a consistent '/delegate' handoff convention to agent definition files so coordination handoffs are explicit, auditable, and aligned with docs/dev/team.md.

Each addition requires '/delegate @agent-name' bd comments or tasks to include: rationale, acceptance criteria, related bd issue(s)/PR(s), constraints, and deliverable; and to choose targets per docs/dev/team.md (least-privilege).
Rationale
Make handoffs between planning and execution agents explicit and auditable so downstream agents and humans can rely on clear responsibilities and follow-ups.
