This PR introduces a global background syncing mechanism for scraping Mafab and Port.hu. Rather than fetching catalog data per user request and potentially causing slow load times or timeouts, it now:

  1. Runs a background script (scripts/sync.js) on server startup and every 24 hours via setInterval in server.js.
  2. Asynchronously persists the results to the local .cache/ directory using Node.js's native fs.promises.
  3. Reads from the fast in-memory cache / persisted JSON cache when handling Stremio addon requests.

This should drastically improve responsiveness for users and reduce the number of redundant HTTP requests to the source websites.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 13201247200997899316 started by @Thsandorh

- Update `createLruTtlCache` in `src/cache.js` to persist to local JSON files asynchronously.
- Increase cache TTL to 48 hours for local files.
- Create `scripts/sync.js` to fetch catalogs globally in the background.
- Update `server.js` to run the background sync on startup and every 24 hours.
- Update `mafabAdapter.js` and `porthuAdapter.js` to use file-persisted caches with unawaited async background saves.
- Add `.cache/` directory to `.gitignore` and delete committed `.cache` JSON files.
- Ensure API fetch endpoints return quickly using populated cache rather than scraping per user.
