File-Generator

A program that generates a file of specified size

WHY?

1. Why not?
2. To test integrity of hard drives
3. Randomness makes file hard or impossible to compress

Usage:

1. Put the program in the folder you which to generate the file in
2. Run the program
3. Type the type of file you whish to generate bin/text (binary/text)
4. Type the name of the file you whish to generate
5. Type the size of the file, put the space between the number and the suffix ex. 1024 MB
6. Wait for the program to finish
7. Click enter and close the program.
8. Delete the program

Installation

step 1: download the zip file from releases

step 2: unzip file

step 3: run .exe file
