The runner relied on LLM fork-point discovery, which sometimes returned paths that 404 on the target. The agent then hallucinated selectors (e.g. #title) against the not-found page and timed out. Now: known hostnames map to a pinned ForkPoint catalog, and any warm goto returning >=400 short-circuits the fork point cleanly. Also adds 'tasks' as a countStateKey so race-duplicate detection works against /api/tasks (Riverline) alongside /api/issues and /api/orders.
