Hi Tuhin,

I added a setup.py file to your project. A setup.py allows your project to be installed using pip (rather than having to clone this repo). A setup.py is also part of adding your project to PyPI (the global Python package index).

I based most of the setup.py file on this: https://github.com/navdeep-G/setup.py . This is a modern template for the setup.py file used by large projects like Requests for Python.

Essentially, this just makes it easier to install your project. It also makes it easier to use your project as a dependency in larger Python projects.

Thank you @coltoneakins, although the way cmseek is coded it hardly can be used as a module for other projects currently. But I have plans to make it much more modular so I'll merge it.
