Created light Alpine Dockerfile

Created Alpine Dockerfile for easier test & deploy.

• Usage:

$ git clone https://github.com/Tuhinshubhra/CMSeeK
$ cd CMSeeK
$ docker build -t cmseek .
$ docker run -it cmseek:latest -u https://test.com

In case you are not aware, you can create a free docker hub account and link your repo. Docker hub will autobuild a public docker image, triggered by git push.
