7. Designing Compounds

You will all be familiar with drawing compounds in ChemDraw (or an equivalent programme), you will design compounds based on your own analysis of an original ligand bound to your protein of interest in PyMOL, or as a result of literature research. Once you have drawn your compound designs in ChemDraw, or another chemical drawing package refer to section 8.
