Various QoL and small bugfixes for eis_catalog and eis_explore_raster GUIs

eis_catalog changes

Improved searching for triggered studies and their visibility in the results table
Added searching by raster ID, raster acronym, and timeline ID
Extended and improved the SQLite database backend

eis_explore_raster changes

Added drop-down lists for quickly switching between files in the same directory
Added drop-down lists for setting the colormap for each image panel separately
Added toggle for enabling autoscaling of y-axis limits in the spectra subplots (default is ON)
Added toggle to show/hide detail text in the spectra subplots (default is "show")
Better default behavior when switching files
Added compass reminder for pan/zoom mode
