The "high-energy progress bar" and "barrage" toggles in the video player's "more options" menu were not updating their UI state immediately after being tapped. This was because the state changes were not wrapped in a `setState` call. This commit fixes the issue by wrapping the state updates in `setState`, ensuring the UI rebuilds and reflects the new state instantly.
