  • Add scripts/setup-skills.sh to symlink skills into .claude/skills/ and .opencode/skills/
  • Supports --global, --local, --all, and --clean flags
  • Idempotent — safe to re-run after git pull to sync new/removed skills
  • Update .gitignore to exclude generated symlink directories
  • Add OpenCode badge and install section to README
