Should generated files go into the java-sdk top-level project?

No. I'm agains having java-sdk at this point:
- It will lock libraries to use concrete versions.
- It will limit set of generated extensions (business should be able to decide which extensions they support).
- Just models without utility classes are not enough for sdk.
- Current implementation is still far avay from desired state (I'll share the doc).

Also if spec is fully published to http://dev.ucp/... this example can be easily converted to spec first (models and api interfaces are generated at a build time).
