Instead of duplicating the install instructions, we simply link to the dedicated docs. The reason the file is not deleted is that the README links to online documentation but in case someone wants to build SeQuant without internet connection, they can find the relevant docs by following the local link in INSTALL.md

Indeed - I added a note as part of #459 as that modified the respective note anyway |
