I had to do a lot of refactoring of "master form" and "steps" to make ant design automatic validation easier to use. Feel free to look through and make sure everything looks ok.
Also, the 'register' button doesn't work (endpoint receives bad request) I was getting the same error from main so I gave up on trying to debug that for now.
