Summary

MO Workbench now usable to make the later prosthetics and moved the research to the MO research chain, now requires engineering as a first pre-req to make artificial limbs, research cost also rebalanced.

This is for the standalone medieval prosthetics mod as it was unusable in a MO playthrough.

Note: if requested i can rework/rebalance the recipes themselves to require varying crafting skill so crafting time can be reduced to a sane amount, i have done so already for my personal version of this patch.

Integrated the mod into the MO tech-tab and added mechanical and later to the anvil
