on Windows Run %AppData%\Vortex\plugins\,
then copy/move the whole Foxhole folder in there,
go to Vortex and enable the extension
next is downloading the mod manually, keep it as zip then drag n drop on Mods tab
FoxholeVortexExt.mp4
and done.
