fix the ingress path for endpoint/nodefiles/resources-manager - #69

Ingress was specifying that '/' after the manager name was optional. Thus e.g. /endpointsmy-endpoint was being redirected to endpoints-manager as if it were /endpoints/my-endpoint, instead of 404'ing. With this change, /endpoints/my-endpoint and endpoints will hit the endpoint-manager, but /endpointsmy-endpoint will 404.
