Apply changes to fix corner cases we found during testing:

Don't fail when either of snapshot or file data are missing.
Change default lambda -> glue session poll intervals from 1s to 2s
Change glue session interval from 30min to 6min
Add snapshot_id tag to snapshot metrics
Change used python version from 3.9 to 3.12
