Remove custom model selection from options UI and settings schema. Simplify gemini interaction and validation logic to use the default gemini-2.0-flash-exp model only. Update tests to reflect the removal of model configuration.

Remove custom model selection from options UI and settings schema. The extension now defaults to gemini-3-flash-preview and offers a fixed set of builtin models (Flash, Lite, Pro) via a model menu instead of a free-form input. Simplifies gemini interaction and validation logic by eliminating user-configurable model overrides. Updates all related tests to reflect this change.
