Mobile Phone Value Added Services (VAS) System

Mobile value-added services (VAS) is one of the most used services in the world. Opal is one of these systems, it was designed for Arvidfava IT Engeering Company (http://www.Arvidfava.ir). The project is in Farsi and is designed for use in mobile phone operators in Iran. To use this system, you need to have a web service from an Iranian operator. The system is open source and you can download it from here.

The project is currently in Farsi (Persian Language).

Installation

OS X & Linux:

Minimum requirements:
1. Mono platform Support
2. Apache HTTP Server
3. Microsoft SQL Server 2008
4. Web Service from an Iranian SMS Operator such as [Magfa](https://messaging.magfa.com/ui/)
5. Shared Hosting Environment Or Dedicated Server

Windows:

Minimum requirements:
1. Dot Net Platform 4 Support
2. Microsoft SQL Server 2008 
3. ASP.NET 4
4. Web Service from an Iranian SMS Operator such as [Magfa](https://messaging.magfa.com/ui/)
5. Shared Hosting Environment Or Dedicated Server

1. Send Bulk SMS
2. Send and receive Data Message
2. Send Multimedia Message
3. Send and receive single SMS

Development setup

Minimum requirements:
1. MS Visual Studio / MonoDevelop
2. MS SQL Server 2008 / Express
