fix(crt): text and glyphs blur at fractional pixel positions on 15 kHz #546
On a MiSTercade v2 at 15 kHz, some UI text and glyphs look blurred or doubled: the help bar's "Move" entry, the Settings description, and the Update screen's Back and Start buttons. Neighbors such as "Open" and "Option" are sharp.
At 240p each scanline is one pixel row, so an element centered to a half-pixel y is antialiased across two rows and reads as a doubled image on a CRT.
Fixed in #564, which snaps text and glyph positions to whole pixels and renders images pixelated on CRT. The Update screen's buttons live in the update module and were not part of that change.
