Adds a new Start_Here page that maps how Zcash is organized for newcomers: who builds and maintains the network, and why the ecosystem is structured across several independent organizations.
There was no page explaining the overall structure, only individual organization pages. This one is the connective map. It covers the January 2026 reorganization neutrally (sourced, both sides represented), links out to each organization's existing page rather than duplicating them, ties each org to what it builds technically, and points newcomers to the right next reads. Placed in Start_Here as onboarding orientation; happy to move it if another section fits better.
