Adds a new Zcash_Tech page explaining Project Tachyon: what it is, the scaling problem it solves, and how it works, from the concept down to the cryptography.
Tachyon is the biggest upcoming Zcash upgrade and had no dedicated page, only passing mentions in Post_Quantum_Security and Zakura_Node. This one is layered so a newcomer can read the concept and stop, while a technical reader can follow it through oblivious synchronization, proof-carrying data, and the Ragu engine. It's honest about status (testnet-proven, not on mainnet, planned for NU7 pending audits) and about limits (the sync-service concentration risk). Every claim is sourced to the official Tachyon site, Sean Bowe's writing, and current reporting.
Menu-titles manifest regenerated so that check is clean. Any protected-terms red is pre-existing translation debt in other locales, not this page.
