What

• Added line numbers to metadata
• Added enable_highlight param in missing places
• Removed highlight_data from api response

Why

• Line numbers is required to highlight data
• enable_highlight was missing in few cases
• highlight data is not required in api response

@vishnuszipstack how does line_numbers and enable_highlight apply to OSS users? Please create a tech debt to move such args to the cloud repo and properly make use of plugins wherever possible. We'd slowly bloat the OSS code by adding such params this way with a default which would never change in the context of OSS
