feat: UN-1983 BE Enhancements for file centric logging

What

• Fixed minor filtering issue with execution list API
• Display human readable file size and execution time
• Renamed field latest_log to status_msg in one of the file centric APIs
• MINOR: Fixed datetime warning for event_time
