Summary

• Add creator profile subtitle wrap fallback rule #253: Add a safe wrap rule for creator profile subtitle text so long secondary text no longer breaks the profile header layout while short subtitles render unchanged.
• Add helper for stable empty-state illustration sizing #254: Add a shared empty-state illustration sizing config and apply it to existing empty-state surfaces so sizing stays consistent across breakpoints without changing assets.
• Add helper text for empty follower count state #256: Add fallback helper text for the empty follower-count state in the creator profile facts surface so the UI no longer shows an ambiguous blank slot.
• Add compact timestamp formatter fallback for recent activity #258: Add a formatter-specific fallback for recent activity compact timestamps so missing or invalid inputs render a readable value instead of a broken or empty label.
