Introduces the Creative Standards Protocol with four tasks: - list_creative_features: Discover available creative compliance features - get_creative_standards: Retrieve creative execution guidelines - check_creative: Evaluate a single creative asset - validate_creative_delivery: Batch validate creatives Features use the same generic type system (binary, quantitative, categorical) as property governance and content standards.
